All La Gioiello orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, shipments may require additional time. In such cases, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Within Saudi Arabia
We proudly deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp, including your tracking number.
Tracking details become active within 24 hours after shipment.


Customs & Taxes
La Gioiello is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed after shipment.
All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages
Each order is handled with exceptional care.
However, La Gioiello is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and keep all original packaging until the claim process is complete.
